“The DEMI ETH Rail is a private, wallet-paid registration path used exclusively by UplitAU to register its own work, operating under distinct verification mechanics and disclosure rules from the card-payment public path because a blockchain payment identifies a wallet rather than a person.”
ETH and Card Payment Registration are two rails to assist with Hashing and Time Stamping of your work to deploy your ideas with AI Assistance. The article is about ETH Payment registration with Tx Hash Anchoring for DEMI Registry. Why the two rails are separate: A card payment identifies who paid, because their bank identified them long before the registration existed. A blockchain payment does not: it identifies a wallet, and a wallet is not a person. Those are different capabilities, and the system treats them differently rather than pretending they are equivalent. The consequence is recorded on every wallet-paid record. Because the payer is not identified by the rail, the Conceptual Core is withheld from the public register unless a separate basis exists for publishing it. Where UplitAU registers its own work, that basis is that UplitAU knows the author independently of how the payment was made. The stored field core_publication_basis states it in each record. That basis does not extend to a third party. The wallet rail moves UplitAU’s own funds to UplitAU’s own address, so no value is received from another person and the question is not engaged. This brief is an explanation of the design, not legal advice.
